SHIPPING, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Processing time can take up to 24 hours after you order. This is in case you change your mind or would like to make changes to your order if needed.

After 24 hours, your order is forwarded to our international shipment and fulfilment centre where it will be packaged and shipped out.

In most cases, Tracking Numbers are available between 3-5 business days after your order is placed. The tracking numbers are usually live immediately. Tracking numbers may take an extra 2-4 working days to show the correct location of your package in rare cases.

At any time, you can contact our customer support at sales@banksyhoodies.com for an accurate update on your order.

DELIVERY TIME

We guarantee delivery between 2-4 weeks to the United States, Europe. Orders within the USA normally take 5-14 days to arrive in most cases. See Below

USA and Canada:
5 – 14 days

Europe:
5 – 14 days

Latin America:
7 – 21 days

Oceania:
14 – 30 days

Other countries:
14 – 30 days

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

– Shipping and billing addresses are not the same.

– The order is pending a credit approval and verification.

– A product you ordered is currently out of stock.

– The order is shipped to a remote location.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED “4 WEEKS” WHY?

In case your order does not arrive by the 5th week upon ordering, please notify us and we will reship your order!

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?

As stated above, some products are manufactured in the United States and will ship from our US local warehouses. We also ship from Warehouses in Europe depending on the product. Don’t worry, BanksyHoodies.com is always in USD currency! Please don’t hesitate to email us with your name and order number and we’ll get to the bottom of this!

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not held responsible for custom fees once the products have shipped. Depending on your location, your country may charge you custom fees when your product arrives (in rare occasions).

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our partners and employees range from USA to Europe, as well as our products. Our designs are made here is the US and we use a US fulfilment company to print and ship your order. Banksy Hoodies offers Free Shipping Worldwide!

CANCELLATIONS

If it has been over 24 hours since you placed your order, unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order because we have already processed and shipped it out in most cases.

Cancellation within 24 hours are valid and we will refund your full Order. Order changes are free of cost.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged, or defective, we will send you an exchange immediately.

We may ask for some proof to provide the defect in some cases.

 

REFUNDS

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If you have received a product that does not match your expectations, we will replace the item immediately, otherwise a store credit would be an available option to you. For refunds, your case would be evaluated on a case by case basis and a decision would be made for your situation.

In most cases, we will not be administering a refund. But in all cases, we will resolve your problem through a replacement or store credit.

WHAT IF I’M STILL NOT SATISIFIED WITH THE DECISION?

If you’re not satisfied with the decision you have received from the customer care agent, you have the right to appeal the decision. WE ARE HERE TO HELP!

You can do so by sending another email with “Escalate” in the subject line of the email. Your case will then be reviewed by a senior customer care specialist and your problem will be resolved shortly. If you have any questions about this refund policy, please send us an email at sales@banksyhoodies.com and a customer care agent will assist you within 2 working days.

Notes:

– Delivery fees such as DHL Express fees are not eligible for refunds.

– Late returns shipped beyond 30 days from receipt will not be accepted and will return the item back to you.
